Shipping Policy
Shipping is currently only offered in the United States. All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
We offer flat shipping cost of $5 per order and offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Country Road Candle Co. was founded in 2023 in our home kitchen in Summersville, WV. We quickly developed a passion for candle making and a love for everything that it entails. As our love for candles grew, so did our desire to learn and expand into other natural, eco-friendly and renewable products. We are a woman owned, family ran business that truly cares about each and every product we offer and every customer we serve. Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns of eligible items within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused condition. As a scent based company we understand everyone's scent receptors perceive scent differently and recommend purchasing sample packs to decide which scents are best for you. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label. Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
